Creative Minds Zone is a place where creative minds find each other, work together and get paid for their skills. It is run by Pinja Olin (sole trader, business ID 3513913-6), Finland. By using the app you agree to these terms.
1. Who can join
You must be at least 18 years old. One person, one account, with your real name and a real photo of you. No fake or AI-generated profiles.
2. Be kind and honest
- Treat others with respect. Harassment, hate, threats, sexual content and spam are not allowed.
- Only show work that you made or had a real part in, and say which part was yours.
- Meet in public places or on video, and trust your instincts. You can report and block anyone at any time.
3. Your work and your content
You keep all rights to your work, photos and texts. You give Creative Minds Zone permission to show them inside the app and to other members, only to run the service. When you delete something or your account, this permission ends.
4. Offices and ideas
The idea behind an Office belongs to the person who opened it. When you join an Office, you agree to keep its plans and materials private and not to use them to start the same business yourself. When work is done for an Office, the rights to use it are agreed between the people involved.
5. Agreements between members
Work, prices and schedules are agreed directly between members. Until payments are available inside the app, Creative Minds Zone is not a party to these agreements and is not responsible for them. When in-app payments are introduced, their terms and fees will be shown before you use them.
6. Safety and removal
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms or put others at risk. You can delete your account at any time in the app.
7. The service
We work hard to keep the Zone running well, but the service is provided as it is, and it may sometimes be unavailable or change. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for agreements made between members.
8. Changes and law
We'll tell you in the app about important changes to these terms. Finnish law applies. If you are a consumer, you always keep the rights that the law of your home country gives you.
