Signing in
Type your email and we send you a 6-digit code — there's no password to remember. If the code doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder and make sure the email address is spelled right. You can ask for a new code at any time.
Editing your profile
Go to Me → Edit my profile to change your photo, name, skills and answers. Tap a project under "Before the Zone" to edit or remove it, or add a new one.
Matches and chats
In Meet, swipe right on people you'd like to meet. When they say yes too, a chat opens in Chats and you both get a notification. In any chat you can tap Plan a meeting, and afterwards We met. Three real meetings give you the verified badge — a small blue rosette with a check next to your name. It shows everyone you are a real person. Only meetings that both of you confirm count.
Offices
Open an Office on the Offices tab. Add the skills you're missing, then invite people or wait for them to say "That's me". An Office can have up to eight people. The founder can welcome people, let someone go kindly, and ask for more people later.
Safety: report and block
On any profile or chat, tap Report or block. The person won't know who reported them, and blocked people can't see you or message you. Every report is read. If you are ever in danger, contact your local emergency number first.
Deleting your account
In the app: Me → Delete my account. This permanently deletes your profile, photos, messages, matches and the Offices you founded.
If you can't open the app, email hello@creativemindszone.com from the address you signed up with and write "Delete my account". We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
Notifications
You can turn notifications on or off in your phone's settings: Settings → Notifications → Creative Minds Zone. News emails can be switched off in the app under Me → Settings, or with the link in any email.
